Mark Payne was born the son of a preacher and has spent his life dedicated to the ministry. He was the administrator of James Payne World Ministries for four years. Mark also served under the leadership of Pastor Clint Brown and FaithWorld Center for 6 years. He owns and operates Hit The Mark Music and has had numerous songs recorded by such artists as Mike Purkey, Vern Jackson, Ricky Van Shelton, Clint Brown and World Harvest Singers just to name a few. His song "Mercy & Grace" has become a staple in worship services all over the world. Mark has appeared on TBN and Daystar preaching and singing the Gospel.
Mark's anointed preaching breaks the chains of religion, despair, and self-doubt. Mark delivers a message of hope to the hopeless, faith to the unbeliever, and love to the unloved. He believes there is a mark set by God for each one of us to obtain and it is his passion to help others reach that mark.
